The induction programme for the first-year MBA students was successfully conducted on 16th September 2025 by the final-year MBA students. The event marked a warm and enthusiastic welcome for the newly admitted batch, who participated in the programme with great excitement and curiosity.

The programme was graced by the presence of Mr. Aldridge D’souza, member of Aldel Education Trust, who addressed the students and motivated them with an inspiring talk. In the address, the Chief Guest shared valuable insights on the importance of management education, discipline, skill development, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout their academic journey. The address encouraged the students to make the best use of the opportunities available during the MBA programme.

The seniors played an active role in familiarizing the freshers with various curricular and co-curricular aspects of the MBA programme. Through interactive sessions and experience sharing, the juniors gained valuable insights into the academic structure, specializations, challenging subjects, language laboratory, and the wide range of electives offered by the Department. A detailed presentation was also delivered to make the students aware of the rules and regulations and overall academic expectations.

To create a lively and comfortable atmosphere, several fun-filled activities such as cultural performances, games, and spot prizes were organized, which helped break the ice and encouraged interaction among students. The programme successfully blended information with entertainment, ensuring active engagement throughout the session.
